Mining Museum
On the outskirts of the town area, situated on what originally was the Iguana Mine Site, is an interesting Mining Museum which boasts:
- A restored 5 head gold mining stamper;
- Miner’s hut which was the home of the Bing Chew family, descendents of original Chinese immigrants;
- Wide variety of historic mining equipment & relics of the 1900 era.
Entry is Free and the site is Open all year round, facilities include Toilets.
